Safe Chef

HR Connections are delighted to offer our Safe Chef training programme. Over two and a half days we combine a range of training programmes with the aim of promoting good working practice for those in the Hospitality Industry and in compliance with relevant legislation.

We can deliver all the following modules at your place of work tailored to suit your workforce and your needs:

Hospitality Emergency First Aid
Manual Handling for Hospitality
Food Safety and HACCP
Fire Safety Training

Participants receive certificates for each module completed. Training is provided by a Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (P.H.E.C.C.) and Occupational First Aid Assessment Agent (O.F.A.A.A) registered trainer and meets or exceeds current HAS guidelines
