Leading Galway Restaurant and well known 4 star Hotel with 2 AA Rosettes require a full time Sous Chef.
This position requires a talented , passionate chef , to assist Head Chef in fine dining restaurant .
Leading the kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence , the successful candidate will have good experience with HACCP and keep a cool head under pressure.
You will assist with menu planning and staff training.
