Well known 4* Hotel in County Cork requires an experienced chef to work in the role as Senior Sous Chef.
This Hotel has numerous kitchens and food outlets including a fine dining Restaurant, Bistro and busy banqueting rooms.
The successful candidate will be need to have strong kitchen management experience along with excellent culinary standards and people skills.
HACCP and Banqueting experience are a must
