Required for a 4-star Boutique Hotel with fine-dining restaurant in Galway City, strong emphasis on using local and seasonal produce.
The ideal candidate will have
- 2 years’ experience as pastry chef de partie in 4/5 star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Flair and imagination, excellent knowledge of new pastry trends
- Strong leadership skills to be able to manage a small pastry team
- Experience of HACCP systems
- Creativity to assist Head Chef in menu planning
This is a fulltime position, no splits, salary negotiable.
