Luxury 4 star Hotel in Leitrim requires two Chef de Parties for Immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a leading hotel with an excellent kitchen team.
As a Chef de Partie your duties will include, but not be limited to :
- To prepare and produce food for the area which you are assigned and to the agreed standards in conjunction with the other chefs.
- To minimise wastage
- To ensure all mis-en-place are ready prior to service
- To follow and observe all hygiene and health and safety regulations
- To carry out any other duties as may be notified to you by management
The ideal candidate will have :
- 2-3 years Experience in a similare role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Function and Banqueting experience
- The ability to work well as part of a team and under own initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €12.00 to €14.00 /hour
