Chef de Partie required for 5 star Hotel and country house in Kildare.

Duties to include, but not limited to :
- To be responsible for a section in the kitchen and ensure that hygiene standards and quality of cuisine are maintained
- To minimise wastage and prepare all ingredients for service to the required standard
- To ensure that all dishes are prepared to the required specifications
- To ensure that stock control is maintaine and that goods are stored correctly and in accordance with HACCP regulations
- Must promote a positive work atmosphere at all times
- Must work well within a team and also be able to work under own initiative
The ideal candidate will have :
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience as a chef de partie in the hotel industry
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Be fluent in English , oral and written
- Be flexible in their working hours
