Chef De Partie required for a multi award winning 4 star Hotel in County Galway.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for your own section within the kitchen and will work closely with the Sous Chefs and the head Chef to ensure that the excellent quality of guest experience and high standard of food service and production are maintained.
Duties to include, but not limited to :
- Assist the Head Chef through excellent communication in the development of the kitchen team and the product offered.
- To prepare dishes or ingredients as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- To operate alternative sections in the kitchen at the discretion of the Head Chef.
- Keeping the kitchen environment safe and hygienic through regimental cleaning and good practice in line with HACCP.
The Hotel are also offering the option of live in shared accommodation with meals included on days when working for a small fee providing the opportunity to save money on bills/expenses etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €25,000.00 to €27,000.00 /year
